The breakfast spread was extensive and the staff were attentive. The rooftop pool was a decent size and perfect for a refreshing dip. The location was central with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation options. On-site parking was convenient.

The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to all the Christmas festivities. the room was spacious and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel added a festive touch.
The cleanliness of the room. the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and some amenities were not replenished.

I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Mannheim City Center. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the glass of sparkling wine I received upon arrival. The reception staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.
One particular situation stands out from my stay. I had a minor issue with the room door, but the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist me.

Recently renovated, centrally located, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast. Sparkling wine welcome drink and cool drinks available at reception. Close to train station and airport connections. BBQ restaurant nearby with friendly staff and chefs. Huge, well-decorated rooms with incredible facilities including a pool and sauna. Varied and good quality breakfast options. Helpful staff. Excellent proximity to town. Easily accessible by foot and public transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring. We enjoyed taking a walk to the nearby markets after having dinner at the restaurant. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were pleasant and accommodating from check-in to check-out. On the day of our departure, the receptionist even gave us 2 bottles of water for our trip back. the hotel provided a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience. It was conveniently located close to the main shopping center and right in the heart of the city. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating with room service and laundry. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, were top-notch. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were wonderful and the free toiletries were a great addition. I was very happy with my stay.
I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.
